If you're not getting notifications from tuck., it's usually a quick settings fix. Here's how to sort it on your device:
On iPhone (iOS):
Go to Settings > Notifications > tuck
Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on
Check that Banners, Sounds, and Badges are enabled
If it's already on, toggle it off and back on again
On Android:
Go to Settings > Apps > tuck > Notifications
Make sure notifications are allowed
Check that all notification categories are enabled (e.g. Offers, Cashback updates)
If it's already on, toggle it off and back on again
