Clearing your cache and cookies can fix loading issues, login problems, and other glitches in tuck. Here's how to do it:
On iPhone (Safari):
Go to Settings > Safari
Scroll down and tap "Clear History and Website Data"
Tap "Clear History and Data" to confirm
On Android (Chrome):
Open Chrome and tap the three dots (top right)
Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
Select "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files"
Tap "Clear data"
After clearing your cache, restart your browser or the tuck app and try again.
