When you purchase a cashback card through tuck., you'll be shown a QR code along with your card PIN. You can scan the QR code to add the card directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, quick and simple.
If the QR code isn't scanning properly, tap "Having trouble scanning your cashback card?" just underneath the barcode. This will take you directly to your cashback card instead.
If you're still having trouble, try these steps first:
Check your internet connection — make sure you're connected to WiFi or have a strong mobile data signal.
Close and reopen the app — sometimes a quick restart is all it takes.
Try again via the link — tap "Having trouble scanning your cashback card?" to access your card directly.
