Reporting suspicious activity

If something doesn't look right on your tuck. account, don't ignore it, let us know straight away and we'll look into it immediately.

What to look out for:

  • Transactions you didn't make

  • Purchases that look unfamiliar or unusual

  • Suspicious emails or messages asking you to buy a cashback card

What to do:

  1. Contact us immediately - head to Customer Support in the app Settings and we'll look into this straight away. ⭐️

  2. Don't click suspicious links - if you receive a suspicious email or message, forward it to us before doing anything else.

Once you get in touch, we can freeze your account and stop any further purchases being made through tuck. while we investigate.

Please be aware that if someone has used a payment card that isn't theirs, this falls outside of what we're able to control, you'll need to contact your bank directly in that instance as they'll be best placed to help.

We take every report seriously and will always keep you updated throughout.
