If you or a friend are missing a referral bonus, don't worry; here are the most common reasons it might not have shown up yet.
Check the basics first:
The person you referred must be a brand-new tuck. user, the referral bonus won't apply if they've had an account before.
Your friend needs to spend a minimum of £10 (this can be spread across multiple purchases) before either of you receives the bonus.
Once the £10 has been spent, bonuses can take 3-5 days to arrive in your wallet, so sit tight!
Didn't use the referral link at sign up?
No problem! You can still enter your referral code manually in the app. Just make sure you do this before making any purchases, otherwise the bonus won't be applied.
To enter a referral code, your friend should:
Open the app and tap Get £40 at the top of the home screen, or scroll down to the Refer Your Friends banner.
Head to the Refer & Earn page.
Enter the referral code in the box provided.
