Refunds and failed transactions

Failed Transactions:

If your payment didn't go through, don't worry - you won't be charged. Here are the most common reasons this happens and how to fix it:

  • Connection issues — make sure you have a strong WiFi or mobile data signal and try again.

  • Incorrect details — double check your payment details are entered correctly before trying again.

  • Android users - if you're paying via instant bank transfer on an Android device, make sure your banking app is downloaded on your phone and is up to date. You'll also need to make sure you're using Chrome as your browser rather than Safari.

If your payment continues to fail, head to Contact Support in the app Settings and we'll get you sorted. ⭐️

Cashback cards are non-refundable once purchased - as they are digital and issued instantly, we're unable to cancel or reverse a transaction once the card has been activated and redeemed.

We'd always recommend reading the T&Cs at the bottom of each cashback card carefully before purchasing, as every brand has their own policies.
