Support response times

We know how important it is to get help quickly - here's what to expect when you get in touch with us.

Raise a ticket - you can also contact us directly through the Contact Support section in the app. Our response time is up to 24 hours.

Callbacks - if you'd prefer to speak to someone directly, we're happy to arrange a callback. Just let us know when you get in touch and we'll sort one out for you.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. During busy periods such as new offer launches or bank holidays, response times may be slightly longer - but we'll always get back to you as quickly as we can.

Have an urgent issue such as suspected fraud or account access?

Make sure you flag this clearly when you contact us so we can prioritise your case.

Head to Contact Support in the app Settings and we'll get you sorted. ⭐️
