Request a callback

If you'd prefer to speak to someone, you can request a callback from the tuck. team:

How to request:

  1. Open the tuck. app

  2. Go to Profile > Contact Support

  3. Raise a ticket for the issue

  4. Fill in your phone number and a brief description of your issue - specifically adding that you would like a callback.

  5. Submit your request

When to expect a call: We aim to call you back within 24 hours during working days (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm). If you request a callback outside these hours or over the weekend, we'll call you on the next working day.

What to have ready:

  • Your phone nearby and able to answer

  • Details of your issue or question

  • Your tuck. account open if it's related to a specific transaction

If you miss our call, we'll leave a voicemail and you can contact us again through in-app chat or email.
