Refund policies

If you believe your cashback card itself needs to be refunded, this is reviewed on a case by case basis. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. We do not offer refunds as this is in contingence with brand specifications.

However, if you return an item purchased using a tuck. cashback card, we recommend to contact the brand customer support first to ask what their specific policies are; as to where the money will be returned to.

For any refund queries, we recommend contacting both tuck. and the retailer directly:

  1. Contact the retailer - reach out to the brand's customer service team regarding the return of any goods purchased.

  2. Contact tuck - let us know about the return so we can review your cashback accordingly.

Please note that refund outcomes may vary depending on the retailer's own policies. We always recommend reading the T&Cs at the bottom of your cashback card before use.
