If you've received a full refund on a purchase made with your tuck. cashback card, your card balance will stay as £0 despite the refund being processed by the brand.
To remove the transaction and restore your balance, follow these steps:
Open the tuck app and tap on the relevant cashback card.
Scroll down to view your Transaction History.
Find the purchase you've been refunded for.
Tap on the transaction and select Remove Purchase.
This will remove the transaction and your cashback card balance will automatically update back to its previous balance.
If you're unsure whether your refund has been processed, we recommend checking directly with the retailer before deleting the transaction.
